field of expertise is neotropical freshwater species of
interest to fisheries, aquaculture and environmental
studies.

Ongoing research
Structure fish communities of rainforest creeks in the Gros
Rosebel area, growth of young armoured catfish as revealed
by microstructures in otoliths, effects of siltation due to
small-scale gold mining on fish fauna of small rainforest
creek, reproduction of armoured catfish in running water
habitat of small rainforest creek, systematics of the
armoured catfish Megalechis.
